What are some good beginner songs to learn on electric guitar? Preferebly modern rock songs.?
No emo stuff please. Also anything by the Red Hot Chili Peppers is great.
I also love the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, but idk if they are good for beginner songs, alot of solos. Nirvana is good for beginners. When I first started playing I began with Green Day. Their songs are really easy. I would recommend Basketcase, Good Riddance, Poprocks and Coke, and Waiting. Once you are past beginner you definitely need to learn how to play Especially in Michigan, Snow, and Can’t Stop (love playing that song, it’s so much fun!) Hope this helps and good luck!
