Is it true some people have natural talent to be amazing at guitar?

I got a gutar for christmas. No lessons.my strumming is horrible, some of my chords(C, F, and power chords) sound really bad. I havent had lessons. But like, these two guys, one of them ahs never had lessons and he plays some really difficult things to play on guitar. This other guy was really good at first and now he has lessons. But I’m pretty sure they can get chords and stuff by ear, I cant do that. They do look up tabs and all sometimes. But they dont rely on it and youtubers to get strumming patterns and stuff.
How would one just figure out the sturmming pattern? I’ll never know..

Im unsure how to answer this, but I can say this: My entire family has musical talent, from which I decided to try to take an attempt at learning guitar…. to no such luck

I am musically talented although you have to have dedication, time, and resources available to learn more and more…

Listen to your pick and the sound of the chords, if your guitar is in tune, you can tell because they harmonize at the specific frequency that hits the note…

Power chords…. eh…
I used to play power chords myself, but if you want to learn, trying to play something you like to play, like for me back in the day I use to like to try to play some nirvana… that was me though, some good guitar

chords are different, you musth get basics down before you can walk you know… I cannot give much advice as I stoped playing guitar along time ago because I couldn’t get good at it as fast as I wanted to…
